Note: This recipe will load the Stone Wave to capacity. Note: You will need to find a green pepper to fit the Stone Wave; internal dimensions are 1-3/4 in. deep and 4-1/4 in. in diameter.
Cut a green pepper in half lengthwise to fit the Stone Wave. Discard the seeds and white membranes.
Put 1 tsp of water in the Stone Wave.
In a cup, mix 1 tbsp of dried minced onion and 1 tsp of water.
Add the moistened onion mixture to ¼ cup of canned pizza sauce.
Put the pepper half in the Stone Wave.
Fill the pepper with the pizza sauce mix.
Cut up 1 Klement’s ™ cooked Italian sausage link into thin slices.
Fit as many of the sausage slices as possible into the pepper half by pushing them into the sauce.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese (less than ¼ cup).
Put any remaining sausage slices on top of the cheese.
Cover and microwave for 4 minutes.
Note: If the pepper is not done, microwave in 1 minute increments until done.
